Implements the Spring-Embedder graph layout algorithm.

	IterationCount	Gets or sets for how many iterations to run the layout routine.
	LayoutArea	Gets or sets the size of the layout area.
	LayoutMethod	Specifies what energy model to use for the simulation.
	LinkType	Gets or sets the appearance of the links in the final layout.
	MinimizeCrossings	Gets or sets a value indicating whether crossing minimization mode is enabled.
	Name	Gets a user-friendly name of the layout.
	NodeDistance	Gets or sets the desired distance between nodes.
	Randomize	Gets or sets a value indicating whether nodes should be placed at random positions when the layout routine starts.
	RandomSeed	Gets or sets the randomization seed to use for generating random node positions.
	RepulsionFactor	Gets or sets the multiplier applied to repulsion forces between nodes.
	Root	Gets or sets a node indicating which subgraph of the diagram must be laid out.
	SplitGraph	Gets or sets a value indicating whether unconnected subgraphs should be laid out independently from each other.
	Stretch	Gets or sets the link stretch factor.
